Helping people get the best out of themselves and being in a position to build a life on their own terms is the reason I’m so passionate about spreading the Zengility message to everybody. Seeing first-hand the relief people feel when they realise there really is a viable alternative to conventional employment and the life opportunities and choices this brings gives me a daily source of satisfaction and inspiration.
I’ve been working with people in business helping them get the best out of themselves for over 20 years with Zengility’s sister company EGOstream. I have a background in psychology specialising in performance and complement my academic training with my hands on experience of working with individuals and teams.
I’m fortunate to live the Zengility value of a blended professional and personal life, splitting my ‘working week’ between helping onboard new Zengility clients and spending time having fun with my three young children.

Meet Tom. With over a decade of experience in the Digital Design landscape, He’s been at the forefront of branding, web design, and digital strategy. Throughout his journey, he has founded and led two successful startups and a design agency, where he blends creativity with technology to deliver compelling digital solutions.
Tom’s eye for detail as a qualified architectural designer (MArch ARB/RIBA Part 2) compliments his digital design expertise, allowing him to envision innovative ways to connect the physical and digital realms, creating seamless user experiences.
As Designer for the Zengility team, Tom is a valuable asset, bringing a wealth of experience and skills to the table. His knowledge gives him a deep understanding of what it takes to be successful online.

Joe Hayes is a multifaceted Content Creator specialising in video production for Brands, Businesses, and Individuals. With a keen eye for analysis and a creative touch, Joe aligns visions with vibrant visuals, empowering missions through compelling video content that creates intrigue.
As a co-creator for the Zengility crew, Joe brings along a bank of knowledge and experience in media production, taking brands and people to new heights.

With a remarkable career spanning over two decades in the fashion industry, Robertas Aukstuolis has left an indelible mark as a successful model. Immersed in the world of high-end creative media, he's excelled not only as a model but also as a photographer and style consultant for renowned fashion brands, actors, musicians, and top models.
His journey in the creative realm began on the film sets of Ealing Studios and Pinewood Studios in London, where he initially worked in the camera department. It was during this time that he crossed paths with the legendary photographer, David Bailey, who recognised Robertas' potential in front of the camera. Bailey directed him to the world's premier talent agency, Select Management, which immediately recognised his talent. From the age of 24, Robertas embarked on an international career, both in front of and behind the lens.
He's had the privilege of being captured by some of the most visionary photographers in the world, including Peter Lindbergh, Mario Testino, Boo George, Ben Weller, and Bruce Weber. These collaborations have resulted in his appearances on the covers and fashion stories of prestigious magazines such as GQ, Vogue, Esquire, L'Officiel, The Rake, and in global advertising campaigns for esteemed brands like Loro Piano, Brunello Cucinelli, Marlboro Classics, Huntsman of Savile Row, Luca Feloni, and luxury watch brands like Panerai, Audemars Piguet, and Patek Philippe.
Working alongside the world's top creatives has equipped Robertas with a profound understanding of exceptional men's styling. Throughout his career, he has made significant contributions to high-end photoshoots with his distinctive personal style, inspiring international stylists and often taking the lead in style direction.

OUR SPIRITUAL INSPIRATION | SNOW LEOPARD
Meet Zeus, our inspirational team member. We adopted Zeus a few years ago, not only to help protect these rare creatures, but as a way to remind us that our purpose here on earth is to live our best lives.
Snow Leopards are highly adapted to their environment. They live in the alpine areas in the Himalayas and are perfectly equipped and camouflaged for their rocky habitat. They are revered in the Buddhist faith, represented as The Snow Lion and feature in many myths. One such myth is from the Dolpo region of Nepal where local inhabitants still believe the birth of a snow leopard removes the sins of mans past life and killing them means having these sins transferred to your own life.
